We are based in Portugal. HAPZY complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and other Privacy Laws.
We act as Data Controllers, as defined under the GDPR, and we process personal data based on our legitimate interests and for contractual necessity, as described in “How We Use Your Data”. We also process and share information based on notification and users’ consent, which our users may revoke at any time.
HAPZY is responsible for the processing of personal information we receive or subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf.
Whether your information is transferred to anywhere outside the EU, HAPZY will treat your information the same way as if it’s located within those geographic areas.
